Panel discussion coaching
Learn how to make an impact when participating in panel discussions.

Improve your panel discussion skills
When establishing yourself as a thought leader within your industry, panel discussions are a great way to build your reputation. The audience and fellow panel members will be listening out for your original insight, but will quickly tune out if your talking points fail to pique their interest.
Although panel discussions take place in less formal settings than presentations and keynote speeches, it is still important to carefully prepare. It’s easy to lose your train of thought, go on for too long or simply struggle to keep your audience engaged.
Well-prepared panel members can participate in discussions with an apparent effortlessness, giving thoughtful responses and tactfully steering conversations to their areas of expertise. The result? An impressed audience, happy event organisers and plenty of future speaking opportunities. Through panel discussion coaching, we’ll help you get to grips with this deceptively complex format.

All of our support options are completely tailored to your requirements. Before we get started, we’ll discuss the goals you hope to achieve and where you need most support.
After that, we’ll recommend a series of around four to six sessions, depending on your needs. Coaching sessions last around two hours each, and are ideally held at weekly intervals to give you enough time to put your learnings into practice.
Coaching can be delivered in-person or online in a one-to-one or small group setting.
