Presentation skills training
Learn how to appear credible and confident when presenting to colleagues, senior leaders and wider audiences.

Improve your presentation skills
Awkward coughs. Stifled yawns. Watch checking. Exactly what you don’t want when presenting. The purpose of a presentation is to inform, inspire, and ultimately, to influence. But across the board, many professionals lack the skills needed to hold an audience’s focus.
Strong presentations come down to clarity and confidence. Both the content of your presentation, and the way you deliver that content should be easy to follow, while your body language and tone of voice should convey credibility – all while communicating your authentic personality.
If a fear of public speaking is holding you back from sharing your ideas, or you’ve noticed a lack of engagement when presenting, presentation skills training may be for you. The Maryanne Johnston team will equip you with the tools you need to deliver well-structured content and garner credibility among your audience.

Previously, the thought of presenting caused me considerable anxiety – so much so that I structured my career to avoid it entirely. However, with Maryanne’s guidance and encouragement, I have not only delivered presentations with confidence but am now actively seeking opportunities to apply and further develop the skills I’ve gained through this transformative experience.
Sam Nicholson
Business Advisory Director, Johnston Carmichael
I engaged with Maryanne to prepare for a presentation and Q+A delivery. The experience was truly transformational. From polishing the content, detail & timing of the slides, to owning that content and perfecting the delivery to engage with the audience and inspire a positive response for the Q+A. The feedback was phenomenal, I couldn’t have done it without the support and the learning I took from Maryanne.

How is presentation skills training structured?
All of our support options are completely tailored to your requirements. Before we get started, we’ll discuss the goals you hope to achieve and where you need most support.
After that, we’ll recommend a series of around four to six sessions, depending on your needs. Coaching sessions last around two hours each, and are ideally held at weekly intervals to give you enough time to put your learnings into practice.
Coaching can be delivered in-person or online in a one-to-one or small group setting.
