Client relationship management training
Learn how to foster positive working relationships with stronger client communication skills.

Improve your client communication skills
Do you often leave a client call wishing you had something more substantial to say? Or perhaps you’ve noticed a client growing frustrated, distant or reluctant to sign off further work. We are often well-prepared for big pitches and presentations, but the day-to-day interactions we have with our clients deserve our attention too. Afterall, these regular, lower-stakes conversations form the basis of our working relationships.
The client relationship can be an awkward one to navigate; striking the right tone between personable and professional isn’t always easy. But when you understand your client’s perspective, you’re in a better position to hold fruitful, honest discussions to your mutual benefit.
Client Relationship Management training teaches you how to nurture your client relationships. We’ll help you ask the right questions so you can see things from your client’s perspective while tailoring your approach to their requirements. After receiving support from the Maryanne Johnston team, you’ll know how to confidently conduct yourself in every interaction, from off-the-cuff conversations to important meetings.

How is presentation skills training structured?
All of our support options are completely tailored to your requirements. Before we get started, we’ll discuss the goals you hope to achieve and where you need most support.
After that, we’ll recommend a series of around four to six sessions, depending on your needs. Coaching sessions last around two hours each, and are ideally held at weekly intervals to give you enough time to put your learnings into practice.
Coaching can be delivered in-person or online in a one-to-one or small group setting.
